Step into the world of clay with our exclusive private pottery workshop! a truly special, hands-on experience designed for beginners who are eager to explore their creativity in a relaxed and inspiring setting. Held in our cozy studio in Leith, this private class offers you a personal, welcoming environment where you can unwind and fully immerse yourself in the tactile joys of clay. Your creative journey begins with a gentle introduction to essential hand-building techniques such as pinching, coiling, and joining, helping you discover the natural, responsive beauty of the material. With individual guidance tailored just for you, you'll be supported every step of the way to craft your very own unique vessel — a piece of functional art to cherish for years to come. We provide everything you need, including a beautiful range of decorating materials to truly make your piece your own. At the end of the session, you’ll have the opportunity to select your favorite creation (one piece per person) to be glazed and professionally fired. Additional pieces can be kept for a small fee of £5 per item. If you would like your finished work posted to you, we can arrange secure delivery for an additional £10. As part of our eco-friendly approach, we kindly ask that you bring along any newspaper or bubble wrap you may have at home when collecting your fired pieces. Your work will be ready for collection in approximately four weeks — we’ll notify you as soon as it’s available.
